We offer clients a complete and a wide range of services with our partnership of Lighting, Art & Signage consultants. Our construction documentation is provided by our strategic partner in Greater China. Our designers will work directly and actively participating in all aspects of the projects.
Concept Design

Based upon the Client’s directives and a process of consultation with the architect, operator, and other consultants; NIB Creation shall assist in establishing the program scope and interior design requirements.
Schematic Design

Prepare schematic design drawings incorporating any comments provided from the concept design phase for the Client’s review & approval.
Design Development

Upon approval of the schematic design phase, NIB Creation to prepare the preliminary architectural finishes and hardware specifications for Client’s review and approval.
Construction Documentation

NIB Creation to complete all the final plans and details for incorporation into the Architect’s / Contractor’s drawings for purpose of both tendering and construction.
Installations and Inspections
05
During this final phase, NIB Creation to provide and review final mock ups, material specifications and contractor’s submittals to ensure a successful opening and handover of the project to Client and/or Operator.
